Specify the expected experience
Create a matrix of country, language, currency, timezone and device viewport. Keep the expected text and allowed redirects explicit. An exit IP affects network location; it does not automatically change browser language, GPS, cookies or timezone.
Use confirmed network properties
The initial ISP configuration targets Romania subject to verified delivery. Residential or Mobile locations must be confirmed for the actual service. Country support does not imply city, state, ASN or carrier targeting.
Run assertions on your own pages
Test status, final URL, canonical, hreflang and visible regional text. For browser checks use your own runner and supported proxy integration. Current portal HTTP probes cannot establish visual correctness, mobile usability or a complete checkout journey.
Make results reproducible
Start with clean test state, record configuration and mark requests synthetic. Keep test accounts and sandbox checkout separate from real customers. Compare results by expected outcome, not just whether the HTTP response was 200.
