Define what you are verifying
Document permitted domains, campaign or asset identifiers, expected text and regional context. Use an authorized platform API or export where possible. A generic proxy is not an ad-verification feed or a brand-detection model.
Inspect without clicking
Capture permitted page metadata or your own page rendering. Do not automate ad clicks, affiliate redirects, conversions or impressions intended to affect reporting or payment. Separate observation of an ad reference from interaction with it.
Compare evidence carefully
Record time, URL, configured region, browser settings and the observed asset. Residential or Mobile context is useful only when confirmed for the service. A missing asset can reflect timing, consent state or campaign rules rather than malicious activity.
Keep a review trail
Use bounded sampling and retain evidence according to policy. Route suspected misuse through your normal review and reporting process. Do not take automated enforcement actions based on a single network observation.
