Proxy status and operational evidence

Find the correct source for an incident, service state or usage observation.

Documentation reviewed 5 October 2026

Public incident communication

Use the CloudCity incidents page for published service announcements. An absence of posted incidents is not an uptime percentage or a guarantee that an individual allocation is healthy. No synthetic availability number is displayed in this documentation.

Your service state

The authenticated portal shows the state available for your service and the source time of usage observations. Pending, failed, suspended and active states have different meanings. A stale observation should not be presented as a real-time health test.

When to contact support

Provide the service reference, timestamp, safe error code and request identifier. Explain whether failure occurs during connection, authentication, TLS or target response. Redact credentials, tokens, cookies and private response data.
